We have worked with them for many years and even enjoyed our last Christmas party with them.

Client's brief

Best4 wanted an ongoing email marketing campaign that they could use as a platform to talk to both potential and existing customers. It was imperative that the email templates we designed and produced would be easily adaptable for several different types of message.

Here's what we did

Created several bespoke email templates for each of the Best4 brands highlighting each brand's industry sector in the communications market.
The templates were designed with clear and concise 'calls to action' increasing clickthroughs and conversion rates.
Managed all of the data from each campaign, ensuring that all legislations were adhered to.
Created an inviting, clean and fresh email tone and voice - projecting a friendly and knowledgeable service.
Setup tracking with Google Analytics so that each email could be tracked for return on investment.
We gave Best4 access to our email system, allowing them to send out emails, amend the templates and access all of the data relating to the emails.

Our results

The email campaign has been very successful in not only increasing sales but also gaining brand exposure for the Best4 brands. It also have given Best4 the flexibility to manage their own campaigns, using us whenever they need help or advice.
