Client's brief

We worked with the local design agency Pogo on the development of the AKA site, and once we had finished the build, we needed to concentrate on a marketing strategy that was going to increase the number of visiting users to the site. To do this, we were going to have to develop their web visibility.

Here's what we did

Firstly we researched AKA's user trends by analysing their stats from Google Analytics, which allowed us to clearly understand user activity and develop an internet marketing strategy with this knowledge.

We looked specifically at the keywords terms that were being used to search for the site and which ones were the key performers.

We then integrated a 'latest news' blog to the site, which is used to comment on relevant stories within the market sector that directly relate to the work that AKA do. The blog not only optimises the site for relevant key terms, but also acts a resource for news and information relating to loss assessors and the work that they do.

In addition we have also added an advice section, which we have developed to give more of a voice to the site and give simple advice on using a loss assessor and making an insurance claim.

Our results

AKA Assisted Claims ranks on the first page for 'loss assessor' and 'loss assessors' and is at number 1 for the more specific loss assessor terms i.e.: 'Domestic Insurance Loss Assessors' which has lead directly to a 50% increase in enquiries.
